Kristina has over 20 years of experience leading teams, creating merchandise and operational planning strategies, implementing retail application solutions and IT business process enhancements across a variety of channels. She has worked with leading retailers including L’Occitane, GAP, Patagonia, Eileen Fisher, Sony and Macys.
As a leader in retail information technology, Kristina has a history of building out strong IT support teams while providing architecture and infrastructure evaluations delivering high ROI results utilizing the most viable and cost-efficient technologies in the industry.
Kristina has a proven track record in business consulting and process re-engineering, supporting strategic planning, business case development and chain planning.Her focus is on developing and training global executives and creating a human centered methodology and approaches to all areas of Retail/Wholesale Planning roles.
